Retail — 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your OYIXYIO pieces. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Sale items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping is free within the US and EU on defective items; otherwise a flat fee applies.
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
EU customers: you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. Perishable or sealed hygiene items are excluded where applicable.
Wholesale — Special Terms
Because wholesale goods are produced to order, different terms apply:
- Orders are confirmed against the approved sample; bulk must match the sample.
- Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
- Claims for defects must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photos.
- Return/refund for wholesale is handled case by case under the signed contract.
